FOUNDERS OF EASY WATER FOR EVERYONE JOIN REGIONAL WASH STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE CLEAN WATER SOLUTIONS IN Ghana

As part of activities commemorating the 10th Anniversary of Easy Water for Everyone, the organization’s Founders — 𝗗𝗿. 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗪. 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻 and 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 — were in Ghana to actively participate in the Ahafo Regional Integrated WASH Programme Partners Meeting, held on 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, in Goaso, Ahafo Region-Ghana.

They were also joined by 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶, and members of the administrative team in Ghana. The high-level meeting, organized by the 𝗔𝗵𝗮𝗳𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 with support from the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗿𝗮𝗱 𝗡. 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, focused on assessing progress made in the implementation of the District WASH Masterpiece.

The Country Director of #EasyWater, Harrison Matti, delivered a compelling presentation on the operations of the organization and called for greater partnerships with stakeholders in the WASH sector.

The session provided #EasyWater, stakeholders, and government officials a vital platform to share updates, align strategies, and agree on a framework for continued engagement and collaborative learning.

In the Ahafo region, #EasyWater is currently operating in 𝗔𝘀𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗳𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀. We hope to expand to other districts within the region and across Ghana by the end of 2025.
